Service Orders are the special requirements from guests, that involve different hotel areas to please them. An example of them can be In-room dining.
The difference between Service Orders and Requests is that these last ones will involve services outside the hotel, and Service Orders will always be related to the guests’ needs in the hotel and be provided by the hotel staff.
