Request Reporting

This is a guide to the Request reports section of AXP and how to filter and download the data. The ability to get reports on requests is important as it allows the user to understand guest interactions and to see what things guests request more then others. The ability to filter such data allows the user to narrow down the data allows the user to get a greater understanding of the specific data they wish to see. Furthermore, the ability to download all the data or specific parts allows the sharing of this data easier for other departments or users to see.

How to use Filters:

  1. Select the filter you wish to change. You have the ability to select the time period, select the comparison period (to compare years), request type and the location.
  2. Once you have selected the filters you want, click the update button on the top right of the screen.
  3. If you want to reset the filters, click the three dots and select ‘Reset filters’. The update button and three dots button looks like this:

How to Download the Data:

After you have clicked download, a document will be download to your computer in the format you selected. The document will look like this:

How to Download a Specific Piece of Data:

You are able to download any of the different data points individually. Here is how you can do this:
